Use of information
Information is used to review requests, contact clients and prepare advisory follow-up. SBS does not sell personal information.
Necessary storage
SBS stores your analytics preference in your browser so that the banner does not reappear on every page. This preference is necessary to remember and respect your choice; it is not used for advertising.
Optional analytics
Only after you consent, SBS loads Google Analytics 4. Google may then process page addresses, page titles, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network information, and audience-measurement cookies such as _ga. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain denied.
Data excluded from Analytics
SBS does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, banking details, consultation answers, messages or OTP codes to Google Analytics. Consultation forms use fixed application routes rather than placing submitted details in page URLs.
Your choices
You can Accept All, Continue without accepting or customize analytics separately. Analytics is off by default. Cookie settings in the footer let you change or withdraw your choice later; withdrawal stops the Analytics tag in basic mode and removes Analytics cookies accessible to this site.
Consent mode
SBS currently uses basic consent mode: when analytics is refused or no choice has been made, the Google tag is not loaded and no consent-status or cookieless measurement ping is sent to Google. Advanced consent mode remains disabled pending legal validation for every region served.
Legal review
The appropriate legal basis, information wording, retention settings and any international data transfers should be reviewed by qualified counsel before publication, particularly for visitors in the European Economic Area and Cameroon.
Data protection
SBS applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled through its email and database services.
